Tell us when you're dropping off
When you call or schedule your drop-off, let us know you'll need a rental. We'll coordinate with Enterprise to have a car ready for you.
Enterprise picks you up here
Enterprise picks you up directly from our shop. You don't need to arrange a ride to a rental office.
Insurance covers it if you have rental coverage
If your policy includes rental reimbursement, Enterprise bills your insurer directly. If the other driver was at fault, their insurance usually pays. You're only responsible for charges beyond your coverage.
We call when your car is ready
When the repair is finished, we call you. Return the rental, Enterprise drops you back, and you pick up your car.

Does my insurance cover a rental?
Rental reimbursement is a common add-on to collision and comprehensive policies. It's usually listed as "Transportation Expense" or "Rental Reimbursement" on your declarations page, often with a daily limit. If the other driver was at fault, their insurance should cover your rental. Call us and we'll help you figure it out.
